Who We Are
We are Ray and Mary Sitorius. We are third generation farmers living in Brady, Nebraska. We believe in producing high quality meat and vegetables for our family and community. We also believe everyone should have access to these foods.
What We Do
We currently have honeybees. Our honey is always unpasteurized and filtered to remove anything you don’t want in your morning cup of tea. When the weather is warm, we grow a garden. We start the plants ourselves using premium seeds. We also grow pasture raised pigs. They are raised in the open with unlimited access to water and shelter.
In Our Future
We like to look forward to good things! We have the opportunity to manage a beef cow herd. This herd is isolated from other beef cattle, and has followed the no antibiotics, no hormones, and no soy practices. They graze naturally and receive baled grass and alfalfa in the colder months. As the year progresses, our plan is to offer USDA inspected beef alongside our USDA inspected pork.
